RE/MAX 212°, 1700 W. Chicago Ave., in the East Ukrainian Village neighborhood, has joined the ranks of Miracle Offices in the RE/MAX Northern Illinois network.
In the Chicago area, a Miracle Office is one in which each agent donates either a portion of every commission or a one-time annual amount to Children's Memorial Hospital in Chicago.
The RE/MAX network is among the hospital's largest benefactors, generating donations of more than $320,000 in 2006. There are now 64 RE/MAX Miracle Offices in northern Illinois.
RE/MAX 212° is owned by Fevin Reyes and Bill Grossmann.
"Having recently joined the RE/MAX Northern Illinois network, we want to make a strong statement that we are fully committed to both its business and charitable objectives. Achieving Miracle Office status is an important part of that effort," said Reyes. "It is a pleasure for us to support Children's Memorial in carrying on its wonderful tradition of service to kids from all economic and ethnic backgrounds."
