RE/MAX Sauk Valley In Sterling Joins Exclusive Ranks Of CMN Miracle Offices

RE/MAX Sauk Valley of Sterling, Ill., has joined the exclusive ranks of Miracle Offices, a designation given by the Children’s Miracle Network (CMN), a network of premier children’s hospitals in the United State and Canada. The Sterling office, located at 3200 E. Lynn Blvd., is operated by broker/owners James Cesarek, Tim McCaslin and John Rosengren and has 14 affiliated agents.

To become a Miracle Office, each agent donates either a portion of every commission earned or a one-time annual amount to CMN. All funds raised for CMN by the Sterling office benefit the Children’s Hospital of Iowa in Iowa City.

“Helping the hospital is a great way to say ‘thank you’ to the dozens of families in our community who have put their faith in RE/MAX when buying or selling a home,” said McCaslin. “The hospital makes a major difference in so many lives. We are pleased to be a small part of that effort and hope to maintain our Miracle Office status for many years to come.”

The 4,000 RE/MAX associates in northern Illinois are pleased to support children’s health by raising funds through a variety of activities as they continue to lead the residential real estate market.
