River North Party For St. Paddy at RE/MAX Vision II on March 14 Will Raise Funds For Children’s Memorial

Irish music, corned beef and a bit o’ green beer sets the mood for a St. Patrick’s Day celebration from 8 p.m. to midnight on March 14 to benefit Children’s Memorial Hospital. Hosting the party is RE/MAX Vision II, 350 W. Ontario St. in the River North area of Chicago.

“Tickets are $40 per person, and we welcome everyone to join us,” said Jason Palermo, broker/owner of RE/MAX Vision II, and its sister office, RE/MAX Vision, Elmwood Park, Ill. “We’ve already invited several hundred colleagues from all corners of the real estate industry – agents and brokers, lenders, attorneys, home inspectors and developers.”

According to Palermo, the party will be the first of three fund-raising events for Children’s Memorial that his offices plan this year.

“We’ve been doing two events a year for the last several years, but they have been so much fun, offer such excellent networking opportunities and support such a truly outstanding institution that we decided to step up our efforts in 2008,” Palermo said.

Last year, Palermo and friends raised nearly $10,000 for Children’s Memorial, and during the last six years the total raised is approximately $75,000.
