RE/MAX Names Top 10 Northern Illinois Commercial Real Estate Agents And Teams

Peter Dravilas of RE/MAX Preferred Properties, Addison, Ill., and James Schaid of RE/MAX Plaza in McHenry, IL., earned number one rankings in commercial property sales in the RE/MAX Northern Illinois real estate network for the first nine months of 2008.

Schaid led the top ranked sales team, while Dravilas ranked first among individual agents, just as he did at the end of the second quarter of the year. Individual agents are the sole licensed contributors to their sales production, while a team involves the combined efforts of two or more licensed agents. Rankings are based on commissions earned.

“The outstanding performance of these agents contributes to the growing impact that RE/MAX is having on the commercial property segment of our industry, including vacant land, retail centers, industrial facilities and office properties. Those who earned Top 10 honors have worked hard to do so and we are pleased to recognize their accomplishments,” said Jim Merrion, regional director of the RE/MAX Northern Illinois real estate network.
