Sharon Falco Rejoins RE/MAX Northern Illinois Real Estate Network Renews Affiliation with RE/MAX Central in Roselle

Sharon Falco, whose sales achievements made her the number one RE/MAX agent in Illinois for eight consecutive years from1995 to 2002, has rejoined the RE/MAX northern Illinois real estate network after six years as an independent agent. She is once again affiliated with RE/MAX Central, 455 N. Roselle Road, Roselle, Ill.

“There are a number of reasons why Sharon wanted to return to RE/MAX, but the simple explanation is that it is just easier this way. You still have your own business but don’t have to deal with as many issues because the office and the RE/MAX network provide a lot of support,” said Joe Falco, Sharon’s husband and business partner.

The Falcos were affiliated with RE/MAX for 23 years before deciding to establish an independent real estate office in 2003.

During their time away from RE/MAX, “one of the things we discovered is the power of the RE/MAX brand. Clients had come to associate Sharon with RE/MAX in a very positive way, and after more than two decades as a RE/MAX agent, it was part of her identity,” said Joe Falco. “Even after six years on our own, that identity remained strong, and we finally felt as if it didn’t make sense to keep resisting it. Now, the RE/MAX brand can work for us again.”
