Marlene Granacki of RE/MAX Exclusive Properties, Chicago, recently was honored by LuxeHome Chicago for her success in selling luxury residential properties in the Chicago real estate market. Granacki was among 25 Chicago Realtors® recognized on Oct. 28 for their 2009 achievements in marketing residences that sell for $1.5 million or more.
“Marlene is certainly deserving of this recognition because she embodies the commitment RE/MAX has made to the highly competitive city luxury home market,” said Jim Merrion, regional director of the RE/MAX Northern Illinois real estate network. “Her professional accomplishments are remarkable.”
Through the first nine months of this year, Granacki ranked first among Chicago RE/MAX agents in sales productivity. She also has been recognized by the Chicago Association of Realtors® as ranking among the top 1 percent of agent members.
Granacki is a resident of Chicago’s Graceland West neighborhood. She has specialized in selling luxury properties there and in the adjoining Southeast Ravenswood neighborhood for nearly all of her two decades in real estate, most of which has been spent with RE/MAX.
