RE/MAX Northern Illinois Real Estate Network Honors 2009 Top 20 Associates from Northwest Suburbs

The RE/MAX Northern Illinois real estate network recently honored its associates whose 2009 residential sales achievements earned them coveted spots in its year-end Residential Top 20. Three agents and one sales team from the northwest suburbs of Cook County, Ill., were among that elite group.

Membership is based on prior year residential sales achievements. Each year, the network gives special recognition to its Top 20 residential agents and Top 20 residential teams, as well as its Top 3 Commercial agents and teams. A team involves the combined efforts of two or more licensed agents.

The RE/MAX agents in the northwest suburbs named to the 2009 Residential Top 20 were:

• Connie Ritchie, RE/MAX Suburban, Schaumburg, ranked #2 ;
• Kathy Barkulis, RE/MAX Suburban, Arlington Heights, ranked #19;
• Daniel McGovern, RE/MAX Properties Northwest, Park Ridge, ranked #20.

The team led by David Schwabe at RE/MAX Unlimited Northwest in Palatine ranked 18th among the Top 20 sales teams based on 2009 results.
