ELGIN, Ill., June 4, 2010 -- RE/MAX City and its offices at 6900 W. Belmont Ave. and 7020 W. Higgins Road in Chicago, recently was honored by the RE/MAX Northern Illinois real estate network for 2009 sales success.
The combined efforts of the agents at both offices helped RE/MAX City capture two important sales production awards: Top Chicago Company for Closed Transactions and for Closed Sales Volume. The company completed 860 transactions in 2009 with a total value of $166.3 million.
In addition, the Higgins Road office of RE/MAX City was honored as the network’s Top Chicago Office for Closed Sales Volume, having completed transactions valued at $125.3 million.
RE/MAX City is operated by broker/owners Martin Lata and Henry Sakowski. The firm currently has 100 sales associates affiliated with its two offices.
