RE/MAX Northern Illinois Real Estate Network Presents Honors to RE/MAX Offices in Bloomingdale, St. Charles and Sugar Grove

ELGIN, Ill., May 25, 2010 -- The RE/MAX Northern Illinois real estate network recently presented honors to affiliates at RE/MAX All Pro, in Bloomingdale and Sugar Grove, Ill., and RE/MAX Great American North in St. Charles, all operated by broker/owner Tim Binning.

Binning was the recipient of an “Above the Crowd!”® Award, which honors an affiliate who has made an outstanding contribution to the RE/MAX network. Saluted for his success in mastering the rapidly evolving business climate that has characterized the real estate brokerage business, Binning substantially expanded his organization and helped RE/MAX maintain its leading market share in both DuPage County and the Fox Valley area.

A resident of St. Charles, Binning acquired his first office, RE/MAX All Pro, Bloomingdale, in 1997.

Ann Negele, based in the Bloomingdale office, received the Administrative Professional of the Year Award for her outstanding administrative, financial, time management and operational skills. Negele lives in Carol Stream, Ill., and joined RE/MAX All Pro in 2004.

The RE/MAX Great American North office located at 40W160 Campton Crossing Dr., in the Wasco area of St. Charles, was honored for its overall sales success, having closed more than $60 million in sales in 2009. As a result the office won the annual award for the RE/MAX office in northern Illinois with the highest closed sales volume achieved in a small market.
