The RE/MAX Northern Illinois real estate network recently honored its associates whose 2009 residential sales achievements earned them coveted spots in its year-end Residential Top 20. Two agents and one sales team from Will County, Ill., were among that elite group.
Membership is based on prior year residential sales achievements. Each year, the network gives special recognition to its Top 20 residential agents and Top 20 residential teams, as well as its Top 3 Commercial agents and teams. A team involves the combined efforts of two or more licensed agents.
Edward Lukasik, Jr. (center), of RE/MAX Professionals, Bolingbrook, captured the No. 1 ranking among RE/MAX agents and also was honored for closing more transactions last year than any other agent in the network. In addition, Lukasik received a special award for his work with distressed properties and his foresight in anticipating the importance of this market segment.
Also earning a spot among the Top 20 agents in the network was David Cobb (right) of RE/MAX All Properties, New Lenox. He ranked 14th.
The sales team led by Rosemary West (left) of RE/MAX Realty of Joliet in Joliet, ranked 15th among the Top 20 sales teams in the region.
