ELGIN, Ill., Sept. 9, 2010 -- RE/MAX affiliates at nine offices across Lake County, Ill., were among the elite agents who recently earned career awards from RE/MAX, the leading international real estate organization. The awards reflected their continued success in one of the nation’s most competitive arenas, the metro Chicago real estate market.
RE/MAX affiliates are eligible to receive awards marking important professional milestones during their career with RE/MAX. These career honors include the Hall of Fame, Lifetime Achievement Award and Circle of Legends awards, which are distinct from the honors that agents can earn each year for their annual sales production.
Four agents received the received the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award, which goes to those who have been part of the worldwide RE/MAX network for at least seven years and have completed 1,000 or more real estate transactions during that time. Those who have received the award this year are George Seaverns, RE/MAX Experts, Buffalo Grove; Kathy Knoll, RE/MAX Advisors, Lake Villa; Frank Tierney, RE/MAX Unlimited Northwest, Lake Zurich; and Lynn Fairfield, RE/MAX Suburban, Libertyville.
Membership in the RE/MAX Hall of Fame recognizes agents who have completed 350 or more real estate transactions during their career with RE/MAX.
