New LeadStreet Platform Announced for RE/MAX Northern Illinois Affiliates

We are pleased to announce the release of the new RE/MAX LeadStreet for your logins effective immediately. The launch of this new layout greatly improves the navigation of the website, and is the first rollout in a series of announcements that will deliver increased productivity and usability to the LeadStreet platform. New Simplified Design

Upon logging in with your credentials, you will notice a simplified design featuring a list of drop down menus making it easier to access your tasks and manage your business in fewer clicks. Over time, each page on this LeadStreet platform will become fully responsive, allowing easy access to your business on any device.

Company and Personal Dashboards

In addition, your homepage has the ability to feature two types of dashboards: Company and Personal. Your company dashboard provides a simple design in reading up on the latest office, RE/MAX Northern Illinois and industry news. Your personal dashboard is a brand new feature to the redesign, with the focus being placed on information regarding your business and client relationship management.

Resources Menu

Making its debut in the redesigned LeadStreet is the Resources menu. This new menu allows you to easily access your resources from any page of LeadStreet, as well as the ability to search all of your resources.

Simplified Settings

In the upper right corner of your screen you will notice a new profile options drop down menu. You will access your profile settings and signature via this new menu by clicking the down arrow next to your name. Under the settings menu, you can update all of your information in one place: account information, e-mail, phone display, instant lead acceptance, photos, social media links, MLS ID and specialties. For those with admin abilities, updates have been made to switch between office accounts easier and make changes to team, broker/owner and office staff logins.

Updated Lead Acceptance Platform

In an effort to improve the lead acceptance system, the redesigned platform includes a new, reliable acceptance process for leads via text message. Fixing delay issues you may have previously experienced under the old system, the new process will give you instant access to client information upon accepting a lead through your LeadStreet account.

Simplified Listing Adjustments

Updating your listing photos also becomes a hassle-free process with the new LeadStreet interface. Easily change out listing details and photos using a new drag and drop feature to quickly make adjustments, saving you time to run your business.
