Nine RE/MAX Brokers and Teams from Metro Chicago Rank among “The Thousand” Most Productive in Real Estate Sales, in Newest National Study
A distinguished group of nine RE/MAX brokers and RE/MAX sales teams in the metropolitan Chicago real estate market recently were named members of REAL Trends’ “The Thousand” for 2016. This annual ranking reflects prior-year sales achievements in two categories: closed transaction sides and closed sales volume. Two-hundred-fifty individual brokers and 250 sales teams nationwide are recognized in both categories.
The Jane Lee Team of RE/MAX Top Performers in Lake Bluff, Ill., and the Leslie McDonnell Team of RE/MAX Suburban, Libertyville, Ill., are among the top teams in both categories. The Lee Team ranked 53rd in closed transactions and 83rd in sales volume. The McDonnell Team ranked 197th in closed transactions and 231st in sales volume.
Also among the top 250 teams in closed transactions are the Sarah Leonard Team, RE/MAX Suburban, Schaumburg, Ill., ranked 148th; the Kombrink-Lobrillo Team of RE/MAX Great American North, St. Charles Ill., ranked 164th; Homes by Marco of RE/MAX Suburban in Libertyville, Ill., ranked 179th, and the Becker Group of RE/MAX Advantage Realty, Antioch, Ill., which ranked 243rd.
Among individual brokers, three RE/MAX professionals from the Chicago metro area commanded spots in the top 250 based on closed transaction sides. Ed Lukasik, Jr., RE/MAX Professionals, Bolingbrook, Ill., ranked 35th; Lori Mattice, RE/MAX Showcase, Gurnee, Ill., ranked 131st, and Steve Malik, RE/MAX Professionals Select, Naperville, Ill., ranked 142nd.
“It is marvelous to have so many RE/MAX Northern Illinois brokers included in REAL Trends’ ‘The Thousand’ for 2016,” said Jack Kreider, executive vice president and regional director or RE/MAX Northern Illinois. “That recognition underscores the productivity of our brokers and makes it clear that RE/MAX is all about delivering the results our clients want.”
RE/MAX agents across the country claimed 145 of the 1,002 positions, including ties, in “The Thousand” for 2016.
